Global Education & Outreach Trip (Northern Ireland, 2024)

In Summer 2024, I participated in the Global Education and Outreach program through Vanguard University, traveling to Northern Ireland for a cross-cultural service experience. This was my first international trip and included preparation and training leading up to the program.

During the trip, I took part in community outreach and youth-focused activities, working alongside a team in a cross-cultural environment. It was a rewarding experience serving in a new setting while building communication, adaptability, and collaboration skills.

This experience strengthened my interest in travel and global experiences, and highlighted the importance of planning, preparation, and meaningful connection in both professional and community-based work.
